As you may have already known, IIFPT formerly known as IICPT offers B.Tech in food technology and issues a merit list of its own based on JEE Mains marks. The number of seats offered is very less and only 60 students are taken in among the students called for the counselling based on the merit list. If you are general and have no reservation, you chances in getting admission through normal counselling is very less. Though you can get admission through the spot round organised later on to fill the vacant seats. I hope I was helpful.
