Unfortunately with 406 marks in NEET there is minimum chance of getting medical College, not even private medical College
But you can alteast try for private medical Colleges in Gujarat as there are many private medical Colleges in Gujarat.
Few of them are:
CU shah medical College, Surendra nagar
Kesar SAL medical College, Ahmedabad
GCS medical College, Ahmedabad
GMERS medical College, Vadodara
Gujrat Adani institute of medical science, Bhuj

As you haven't mentioned your category I'm assuming it as general. With this score getting seat in government college is very difficult.

However for private also it is not sure you'll get seat but you should try for state counseling and give it a try.

Using management quota you can get seat in private college.

3. Medical college, Baroda

4. Smt BK Shah medical college
