Hi there,
Hope you are doing well.
4180 rank in ST category is a bit high and with this rank, you can expect only one branch in NITK( Surathkal) i.e. Mining Engineering and that too only if you have home state quota for Karnataka.

Mechanical:- NIT goa, agartala, silchar, patna , andhra pradesh , iiest shibpur, bit mesra
Civil:- Nit hamirpur, patna, uttarakhand and all with mechanical
ECE:- All for mechanical

According to the statistics youay get admission in mining engineering at nit karnataka.

You can get core branches at iiits and some nits &cftis.
