General Category: 458
OBC:  449
SC: 338
ST: 261

So with 444 marks unless you are from SC/ST categories, it will be difficult for you. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
