To get a government bams seat, you have to score 430+ marks for UR category. Now considering your marks, yes you can have a government bams seat. Most preferably, apply to the government colleges in your state as you can apply under state quota.

Yes, the maximum cutoffs for AYUSH category in Government colleges (General Category) is generally 450+. However, this year the cutoffs are expected to rise a bit which may cause a slight decline in your chances of getting a seat.
