To get a government bams seat, you have to score 430+ marks for UR category. Now considering your marks, yes you can have a government bams seat. Most preferably, apply to the government colleges in your state as you can apply under state quota.

Your marks are pretty good for a government college for BAMS or BHMS. The cutoff for government college go around 420+ for General category, 400+ for OBC category and fees is around 20,000. For semi private colleges, the cut-off is around 400+ for general category, 360+ for OBC category and fees is a little bit higher i.e. 20,000-50,000. Yes, the maximum cutoffs for AYUSH category in Government colleges (General Category) is generally 450+. However, this year the cutoffs are expected to rise a bit which may cause a slight decline in your chances of getting a seat. It might be a bit difficult to get in the second round, however you will get a seat by Third round or in the mop-up round.
