With 493 marks, you are lying on the  border line. Last year (2018) the cutoff for College of Medicine and JNM Hospital, Kalyani was 492 marks in NEET UG 2019. The cutoff tends to change every year depending on factors like Top NEET score, difficulty leve of examination and a lot more effecting values. Hence, the accuracy can only be given when the cutoffs are out.
