Well your  marks is fine  !
But if you are looking  for  government Medical college  in karnataka  then I  am really sorry to say that this year cutoff goes varies than last year means slightly higher  .
But i am saying one thing also that result is yet to be announced try  your best level .for getting mbbs in government you must need to score atleast  550 ++ marks  (estimated figure) for 2019 but depend upon your state quota  you can try to approach the colleges
Although  at your  marks you can try for the  BDS government .
For sure you can get admission in government  ayurveda  , veterinary science,  homeopathy  colleges  .
  And secondly if you want  mbbs only then you can try for private sector.
