We understand your concern. Please note that as per your UPSEE rank 2019 you may not get Computer Science Engineering or Information Technology, but dont worry you are eligible for the following branches in the same colleges:

1) Civil Engineering

2) Mechanical Engineering

3) Electrical Engineering

4) Instrumentation Engineering

Yes you can get the JSS Noida as your rank is quite guide. Make sure you add JSS as your first preference  during counselling.
