As you know rank will depends on two factors i.e., TS EAMCET + IPE marks(Math, Physics, Chemistry). For your IPE marks 388/600*25 =16.16 and for your TS EAMCET marks 52/160*75 = 24.37. For your overall marks 16.16 + 24.37 = 40.53. According to the analysis of marks vs rank of previous year 2019 for your combined score your rank range will be around 50,001 - 1,50,000(49 -40 marks).

It will be vary from year to year based on different factors. As you belong to BC-D category you will have reservation and definitely you will have better rank.
