Firstly, congrats as you have scored good marks. But here, UR students have to score may be of 540+ to take admission in NEET 2019 UG. This is just a prediction from previous years. 

However, I'd like to point out. This is not the absolute correct and it is only so much we can predict. In the end, it will depend on how many test takers have score more. Adding a point you may have advantage of state quota for admission. There is some positive chance of you to get a seat in this college.
