Hello,
You have not mentioned your category any where so i assume it to be general.
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are good.
If you have domicile of any state then it might help you in getting admission in some colleges of that state through state quota.
The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
Just hope for the best

Based on your score and the previous year cutoff trends ,you can surely get a seat in government colleges of India  but you have more chances to get a seat in government colleges under state quota rather than all India quota because the cutoffs for all India quota are usually higher than the state quota and since I do not know your state I cannot tell you the name of the Government College in which you can get a seat . Kindly  mention the name of your state oryou can use the NEET predictor tool to predict the colleges where you can get a medical seat :

Hello,
As you have not mentioned, I assume you belong to unreserved category.
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With UR category and 527 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota.
To predict your college you can follow this link

Good luck
