Hey.
To be eligible to take the NEET exam you must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually in the qualifying examination

If you belong to the unreserved category, you should score a minimum required percentage of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology in Class 12 or HSC examination. But if you belong to the Sc/St/Obc/ pwd Category, the minimum percentage required is 40% Considering this you seem to be eligible for NEET 2019
Best of luck!
