It's difficult for you to get admission in any government MBBS college with this marks even under state quota. If you consider last year cutoffs then you can get these colleges :

U.P. Rural Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, Etawah

Government Medical College, Ambedkarnagar

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Medical Institute, Lucknow

Government Medical College, Azamgarh

It can be difficult too as the cutoff will increase with 15-20 marks as compared to last year.
