No u can't get top 10 nits

54000 rank in obc NCL is a very high rank in JEE MAINS , if you score this rank in general category than also you couldn't able to get admission in top 10 NITs  .

At this rank you couldn't able to get admission in any of the colleges through JOSAA counselling.

Try for private colleges may be you get a seat there
