Vellore Institute of Technology has four campuses in the country. (Vellore, Chennai, Bhopal, Amaravati).
VIT Vellore and Chennai are older campuses and are very reputed too.
Your rank of approximately 55,000 in VITEEE 2019 cannot get you a seat in the popular branches like CSE, ECE, IT, MECHANICAL at the prestigious VIT Vellore campus.
*You might get production and industrial engineering seat.
Try for Chennai campus. But Chennai too has high cutoffs so it is difficult to get a good branch.
*You might get Fashion Technology seat.
So basically getting a good branch at both these campuses is very difficult for your rank.

Best option is to go for VIT BHOPAL and VIT AMARAVATHI Campuses.
