With that Percentile in JEE mains, your rank would be more than 3 lakh. With this rank, you won't be able to get any government engineering colleges. Even if you have category reservation, you won't be getting any seat.
I would suggest you to go for some top private engineering colleges in India. These private Engineering colleges conduct their own entrance exams and the level of difficulty is quite easy. You would even get a scholarship for them
