    It seems you have missed out certain details. You haven't mentioned your home state, and the branch you want to choose. Analysing the previous year data, you can get many good private colleges with this rank. I would suggest you to apply for counseling. Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
