Based on percentage there are less chances for you to get any college for btech studies.
Have you given any engg exams this year?

That must be private and must be too expensive and worth won' be much.

Because you have not given any exam this year I wil suggest you to prepare for competitive exams and give it next year.

Rest it also depends on which ever situtaion suits you best.
