The cut off is as follows for respective categories:

General category: 50 %

OBC -45%

SC and ST -40%

Seeing this you may qualify but the number of seats are very less ie 1200 in total,  Which means only top 2-3 percentile can get the seat.

So, I regret to inform you that you may not get admission in AIIMS.
