With a rank of around 60,000 in VITEEE 2019, you've very less chances of getting any other branches in VIT VELLORE or VIT CHENNAI other than the following :-
1. Production and industrial engineering at Vellore campus
2. Fashion Technology at Chennai campus

Apart from that, VIT also has campuses at Bhopal and Amaravati. Their cutoffs aren't clear right now. So you can try for those too.
