At 61 marks if you are general category you won't be able to qualify for jee advanced.

At this score it's impossible to get any of the NIT unless you are resident of NORTH EASTERN states ljke meghalaya arunachal pradesh or jammu and kashmir.  You won't get admission in any NIT /IIIT.

You should start looking for other option which just require that candidates have given jee exam.

Some colleges are Sastra University, Chandigarh University,  Amity school of engineering, LPU,  Amrita University.

Sorry but 61 marks are too low to get into NITs as for that you need to have a minimum score for 150+ moreover you didn't mentioned your category as if you velobe to sc/st st you could get admission into some good private college of jee mains but if you're a gdnegen category student then I am afraid you might not even qualify jee mains.
