The cut off depends on category as well. You have mentioned your category. The cut off rank to get B.Tech Marine Engineering as per category is:

*General- 904

*OBC- 5838

*SC- 8218

*ST- 9094

If are SC/ST student, you will definitely get a seat. If you are OBC student, you may have a chance. If you are General, you don't have chance to get seat.
