Your percentile are not upto the mark as per the fierce competetion these days. Also you are from open category that means its difficult for you to get a government college on this score. But don't loose hope and stay updated with the rounds of counselling going on and their cut off after each round. there are some chances of getting a college in last rounds of counselling.
