As you have got 86 percentile in JEE mains your general rank will be around 136000.

You will not able to get top branches like CSE, IT in top NITs, IIITs. Also, keep in mind that getting a seat will depend on varies factors such as number of students applied for the same branch, performance of the students, category of the students, home state etc.
