Hi,
Your rank is very low to get admission in any of the college under jac delhi. And you are from outside Delhi so it will be difficult for you to get admission there because only 20-25% seats are reserved for outside delhi students and there will be  a great competition for that seat. So you should try to search any private colleges for admission.
