JEE Main 2019 is being conducted twice by NTA  and the rank will be based on NTA percentile so exact prediction would be difficult. As per previous cutoff on score 68 under OBC catagory can qualify the JEE Mains exam but it will be difficult to get good college. The cutoff varries every year. My suggestion is that you have 2nd chance for jee mains exam in april try hard and score more than this. It will improve the chances of getting good college.
