Hi,
Sorry to inform you that you won't get any government college at this percentile but you can try for some good private college or you may take a year drop for preparation of JEE exam and do well in that.

Hey Akshat! With 68 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 you won't be able to apply for JEE Advance 2019 and you are not eligible for JoSAA counselling 2019 as you have not cleared JEE mains. Still there are many private college for which you can apply and complete your engineering. You can match youe eligibility with colleges and predict college according to your score and rank from careers360 college predictor

On the basis of your JEE percentile you won't get any government college but you may either apply for private college examination or take a one year drop and prepare for JEE examination.
