Hey,
Thanks for contacting us.
Since the qualifications percentage in 12th board is 75 for general,obc and 70 for st ,to get an nit college you must have an 75% .since it you have 69 percentage ,so you are eligible to.take addmisision in nit college.

i have recently heard about some other factors like percentileand i know nothing about percentile
