I have got 71 marks in tslawcet and my rank is 350 and I am in oc category.Will I get a seat in any college under tslawcet

TS LAWCET Cut off remains same every year, it is 35% marks in the entrance examination. However, the cut off for the participating institutes are the opening and closing rank of seat allotment at the counselling process. Given below is the opening and closing cut off score of top colleges:
