You have a decent  score in JEE mains. The cutoff for this year OBC category student for JEE Mains was 74.41% . I am sorry to say but you didn't seem to have cleared the cutoff and hence you won't be eligible for going through the counseling process.

If  you want to get admission in any NIT,then you will have to score more than 98 percentile.

but yes at this rank you can get some other colleges.

Your chances of getting a good college through JEE mains is not possible this year with this much score. so i will suggest you to take a drop and prepare well for the next JEE examination if you really want a good college otherwise you can join a private university.
