If you want to get admission in any NIT,then you will have to score more than 98 percentile.

Your chances of getting a good college through JEE mains is not possible this year with this much score. so i will suggest you to take a drop and prepare well for the next JEE examination if you really want a good college otherwise you can join a private university.
