               You may get or may not get admission in NIT , IIIT, GIFT  because of less number of reserved seats which may be occupied by less number of rankers of your state. Do not apply for Home state quota. Apply for north eastern NITs such as in Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Mizoram etc.

Admission in colleges depends upon Cut off list prepared by the colleges or by JoSAA. It depends upon your rank also.You should apply for counselling.

Try checking previous year cut off list and closing rank of NIT's and IIIT's. Also look for Deemed to be Universities , Private universities etc.
