Hello,
With 60 marks, I don't think you will be able to get a seat in MSRIT, Bangalore. The boards marks obtained by you has nothing to do with admission in MSRIT if you are having an aggregate of at least 45 peecentage in PCM and an aggregate of at least 60 percentage overall. The closing rank for MEE was 30424 at MSRIT in year 2018.
