With this percentile score ; it will be not possible to get good nit because as you know that seats are limited and competetion is very high.

You may go in low ranking nits ( but not fruitfull as much ) like nit Srinagar etc.

Either you should go in private or near by city College or should take drop and work hard for the next year.
