78.22 percentile in MHTCET means you can accept a general rank in the range of 33000 to 39000. Now this is not your actual rank rather it is assumption based on MHTCET Percentile vs rank statistics.
Now if we go through last year's cutoffs, then you can expect
  • Fibre and textile processing technology in ICT Mumbai
  • Electrical, Instrumentation Technology in Government college of Engineering Amravati
  • Mechanical, Civil Engineering in Pimpri Chinchwad college of Engineering
  • Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering in Pune Vidyarthi Grihas College of Engineering
  • Computer Science and Engineering in KIET college of Engineering
