With a score of 79 in NATA and 83.3% in Class 12th is not enough to get into a government college. I would suggest you to go for good private institutions if you don't want to drop this year or if you are willing to take admission only in government institution then appear for NATA again next year with full preparation and score good marks i.e. above 150.
