Hwre are some of the top colleges for BSc Physics honours in India -

Delhi University (but maybe due to your percentage you might not get admission).
Jain University in Bangalore.
St. Xavier's college in Kolkata.
Sri Venkateswara college in New Delhi.
Acharya Narendra Dev College in New Delhi.
Scottish church college in Kolkata.
Bethune college in Kolkata.
Rama Devi women's University in Bhubaneswar.
The northcap University in Gurgaon.
