With this rank in JEE main, you cannot get a seat in any government colleges for engineering for sure. Even your OBC category reservation won't be of any help here. Actually all the seats get filled up at around 50 k. And your rank would be more than 200k. So you have no chances.
So I would suggest you to go for private engineering colleges in India like Sharda,Manipal, SRM etc. You can work hard there and become successful. Your college won't decide your future but your hard work will. Here's a list of some of the best private engineering colleges in India
