Thanks for asking your query, odisha Jee is for college of engineering in odisha state ,there are some colleges in odisha which take admission on the basis of Jee mains marks and percentile, therefore I would suggest you to take your Jee mains Percentile card during counseling of ojee this will help you.

There are some colleges which accepts OJEE for admission only. So yes it is necessary. If you want to know then search for the eligibility criteria of an college you want to take an admission.
Most college accept JEE main and OJEE both.
Better to check the official website.
