Yes definitely, as you have got 85 percentage in 12th board examinations and also your rank in the CGPET is good enough to get a good college. That's why you should definitely apply for all the good college in which you are interested.with this rank you can definitely get a good college which you are interested.That's you should definitely apply for all thr colleges in which you are interested.
