Yes the minimum eligibility criteria for registration in Jossa is that the aggregate should be more than 75%. So , if you have a score more than that then you must apply to it. Aspirants shall satisfy all the criteria and if they are eligible then no issues to it.

As far as I know, you can participate in JEE main couseling. However if you are not allowed, then JOSSA will let you know that.
I would suggest you to keep alternative options for it so that if at all you are not allowed, you can still have a college.
