Hello aspirant,
As your percentile is very low, chances of getting admission in good branches in CET bhubhaneshwar is quite low, however from previous year statistics you might get lower branches such as btech fashion and apparel technology and btech in textile engineering which had cuts offs of around 11lakh and 5 lakhs respectively.
