I have got 8836 rank(general)in ipu cet. Can I get seat for the CS branch?

Hey.

I am sorry to inform you that you won't be able to get CSE in any of the colleges till the 3rd round of counselling according to the previous year's cut off. You might get CSE in some colleges in the spot counselling. Also you can get other branches in some colleges.
