Considering you as in open catagory....
Firstly no councelling for you based upon jee marks..
On 140 marks your rank might be less than 2k atleast..
So you may get coep with lesser branch or others with good branch say CS Mech. etc......
Your board marks are good which makes it easier to get a good college...
No worries you will get in to some top colleges of Maha.
