I am sorry but I don't think that your chances to get through any of the AIIMS is good even if you belong to OBC Category and owning a percentile of 89.
The Cutoff percentile for Mock Round is around 98.74 and a rank of 1240.
Although most of the seats in AIIMS are filled by the students of 1st Merit List itself, it's quite rare that a second merit list comes into use.
But with a percentile of 89, I don't think it would be hopeful for you to secure a seat. Last year, the closing rank of AIIMS for OBC was around 2212. If your AIR is anywhere near that, I wish you good luck.
