No! You have no chance of getting cse in JNTU Kakinada. You should get a rank of below 2500 in OBC category to get Cse in JNTU K.  you may get some branches like civil engineering, petroleum engineering with your rank in JNTUK.

sorry to say that as per the last year cutoff from the jntuk it was stated that for the computer science engineering the rank must be below 1500 for obc candidate , so it will be little difficult for you to get but if the seats are available, but dont stop trying...all the best.
