90 marks in JEE ADVANCED is not considered a good rank as it is more or less average.
With that much marks, you won't be able to get good branches in the New IITs and if Luck favours you and the cut off becomes low, you can get some non core branches at New IITs.
As far as the top IITs are considered, you won't be able to get them if you belong to general category.
It is better to analyse some other options.
