Score of 91 percentile is good to get some NIT but not good enough to get top NITs. 91 percentile means around 80k-85k rank in jee main and it is quite difficult to get admission into your favourite NITs and your preferred branches.

As per your percentile, your predicted rank will be around 90,000. With this rank it is not possible to get any government college listed under josaa. But you shall not lose hope as their are many other options open for you in life. You can opt for engineering in a private institute or can opt for bsc.
