Yes u are eligible for jee advance because the cutoff of jee mains this year for obc is 45

The cutoff this year has been 45 Marks for OBC NCL category and this implies that you are qualified for JEE advanced 2018 and eligible for admission into IITs.

Approximately 2.31akh candidates have qualified out of which 65000 students are from OBC category.
