As for getting into an NIT's or IIIT's firstly your JEE mains marks are viewed. Now as you have achieved 92.2 percentile then this might not get you into IIIT Hyderabad in any top branch. But still you can try getting into some other good govt. Colleges but for that you may check the past year cut offs of your desired colleges which will provide you a better idea of your admission into them. Or with this score you can try getting into some good state college or may appear JEE mains again.

92.22 percentile is a great score as the top 70 percentile have chances for JEE ADVANCE. But it is still not possible to say about the cutoff of any college. As the cutoff for the college's and the JEE ADVANCE exam will be only declared after the April exam of JEE MAINS, that is on 30th April. So you need to wait till then as the cutoff will also depend on second exam.
