Yes you can get admission at nit.

Nit rourkela is one of the top college in b. arch /b.planning.
It has an nrif 16 in engineering stream and 36 in all streams in India.

It also have a decent placements in b.arch.

Nit tirchi also stands with nit rourkela In b. arch.

Next vnit nagpur & nit calicut, nit jaipur are also some other good nits offering b. arch.

Nit bhopal, nit patna, nit hamirpur, nit raipur also offers b. arch course.
